Can you make me a bespoke item?
Absolutely - everything we make is bespoke and handmade to order.
We try and offer as much variation as possible on our product pages however if you can't find the product or size you are looking for, grab the tape measure and get in touch.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
We typically process and ship orders within 7-14 working days depending on the specific nature of the furniture you have ordered.
Timeframe will be clearly communicated with regular updates to the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order by using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We accept cancellations and modification requests within 24 hours of the order being made.
We will do our best to accommodate your modification request if your order has not begun an irreversible stage of the process however we cannot guarantee this will be possible.
Do you supply samples?
Yes, we offer a sample pack which you can order here.
How do I contact customer support?
You can contact customer support by filling out our online contact form. We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the bespoke nature of our furniture, returns for exchanges or refunds are not accepted unless there's a manufacturing defect or damage to the product.
What courier do you use?
For the vast majority of our items we ship with DHL Next Working Day Delivery.
If you are local/supplying you with an office re-fit or you have ordered an unusually large bespoke piece we normally deliver to you ourselves.
