• All of our furniture is handmade to order.

• Lead times vary depending on the product and time of year.

• The most accurate lead time is always shown on the individual product page at checkout.

Delivery Services

• Most orders are shipped with DHL.

• Very large or oversized items may be delivered by a private courier or by our own team.

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver throughout the UK mainland.
  

Delivery Times

• Standard courier deliveries usually arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

• Larger private courier deliveries may take a little longer - we’ll always arrange a convenient time with you in advance.

Packaging

• All furniture is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

• Please check your parcel on delivery and notify us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
