Refund policy

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Furniture

All of our furniture is handmade to order in custom sizes and finishes. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for unwanted items once an order has been placed.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event your item is faulty or damaged in transit:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

  • Refunds will only be issued back to the original payment method.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase - after this time, materials may already have been cut and work started, and your order cannot be cancelled.

Customisation Disclaimer

As every piece is handmade, natural variations in wood grain, knots, and finish are to be expected. These are not considered faults and are part of the character of our furniture.
